Credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion); financial partners; insurance carriers; custodians (Apex Clearing); payment processors (Stripe, Plaid); service providers under contract; regulators (SEC, FINRA, state depts, CFPB); law enforcement when required. 1. Agreement. These Terms govern your use of Finance Clear Fund's website, apps, and all services. You represent you are 18+, a US resident, and legally capable. Modifications at any time; continued use = acceptance.

2. Services. Loan origination/servicing; insurance brokerage; securities brokerage/advisory; wealth management; digital payments; debt relief consulting; home/auto warranty administration. Subject to availability, underwriting, and state licensing. Specific terms in separate agreements.

3. Account. Register with accurate info, safeguard credentials. Responsible for all activity. Report unauthorized access immediately. We may suspend for security/fraud.

4. Loans. Approval subject to creditworthiness. APRs 3.99%–35.99%. Late fee: 5% or $15. Prepayment penalties vary. Reported to three bureaus.

5. Insurance. Through licensed agents, subject to underwriting. Claims per policy. We act as agent/broker, not insurer. Docs before binding.

6. Investments. Substantial risk including loss of principal. Past performance ≠ future results. Advisory via Finance Clear Fund Advisory, LLC (RIA). Digital currency not FDIC/SIPC insured. Read all prospectuses.

7. Payments. Cards by partner banks. Sufficient balance required. Report unauthorized txns within 60 days (Reg E). Not liable for third-party delays.

8. Debt Relief. No guaranteed outcomes. Settlement may impact credit and create tax liability. Bankruptcy by licensed attorneys, not Finance Clear Fund directly.

9. Warranties. Specific limits, exclusions, deductibles per warranty agreement. Pre-existing conditions excluded. Authorized providers only.

10. Fees. All disclosed before incurrence. No hidden fees. Schedules in dashboard and on request.

11. Liability. MAX: fees paid in preceding 12 months. NOT LIABLE for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or market-loss damages.

12. Indemnification. You indemnify us from claims from your breach, unauthorized use, false information, or legal violations.

13. IP. All content, trademarks, software owned by Finance Clear Fund or licensors. No reproduction without consent.

14. Disputes. Internal process first, then binding AAA arbitration in San Francisco. Waive class actions and jury trials. Small claims/injunctive relief excluded.
